Your Zebpay Cryptocurrency/INR balances are linked with your registered mobile number. If you do not have access to your registered mobile number and not able to do so, you may contact us.
We will normally follow the below steps:
1) Ensure that the old mobile number is inactive for a reasonable period of time, minimum 7 days but could easily be more.
2) In case you are a verified user (that is you have submitted your PAN card, Bank account, and Aadhar card) then we will ask you to again submit your details. We would also ask you to re-verify your email address. Hence, if you are a verified user, the process would be faster.
3) In case you are not a verified user, we shall ask for more information on a case by case basis.
4) We can not move user’s cryptocurrency/INR balance from registered mobile number to another mobile number. However, in such cases, We are selling user's cryptocurrency balance and transfer the funds to user's registered bank account after taking consent of the respective user.
Please note that for cryptocurrency or INR balance below Rs 1000, we shall not be able to sell or transfer the amount to your bank account.
