Your mobile number is your unique ID in Zebpay. Your receiving address, cryptocurrency balance and your transaction details are connected with your mobile number. So please register your Zebpay account with your permanent mobile number.
In case you lose your phone, you can immediately contact support on ticket.zebpay.com. We will block all outgoing transactions on your mobile number.
You can always download Zebpay in a new device and register your account again with existing mobile number. Make sure to get the new SIM card with the same number from your operator. Once your account is registered with your existing mobile number, your details will be restored.
After authentication by our compliance department, we will enable outgoing transactions of your Zebpay account.
