Please follow below steps to resolve the issue.
- Ensure that you have the latest App version, If not then please update the App.
- Open the App.
- Tap on left slider menu by clicking three line bar.
- Tap on verification option.
- Refresh the screen by clicking the refresh icon.
- You should now be able to update the Pan Card details.
- Further, if you are still unable to upload the Pan card details, Please create a ticket and share the error screenshot with the clear image of the PAN card.
