This issue is resolved now. However, if you are still facing this issue follow the below steps to resolve the same.
- Ensure that you have the latest app version. If not then please update the app.
- Open Zebpay app.
- Tap on left slider menu by clicking three line bar.
- Tap on verification option.
- Refresh the screen by clicking the refresh icon.
- You will now be able to see the transaction id.
