Update on 6th July 2018:
We will be releasing higher limits for a whitelisted address on July 24, 2018. New limits for the whitelisted and non-whitelisted address will be updated on zebpay.com/fees.
Original on 26th June 2018:
Zebpay brings a one of a kind feature - address whitelisting. Whitelisting your sending address is a secure way of performing high volume transactions with a given address. This is one of our many efforts in introducing crucial security features.
If you perform high-value transactions on a daily basis, then we would suggest you should have your sending address whitelisted. Transactions done using whitelist addresses would be more secure and will have a higher limit on daily transactions. For each cryptocurrency listed on Zebpay, you can whitelist up to 10 addresses.
Address whitelisting includes two verification steps on your registered mobile number: PIN and OTP. Both will be required to initiate the whitelisting process. Once the verification process is complete, after the cooling period of 24 hours you will be able to perform high-value transactions with the whitelisted address.
Here's a step-by-step process to whitelist your sending address.
Please note: We will update with new limits for whitelisted and normal addresses soon.
