Using the Euro account, you can perform the deposit & withdrawal transaction to and from the registered bank account with Zebpay.
1. From the bottom of the home screen, select wallet. Click on the deposit button. Select the payment mode - Bank Deposit. Minimum and maximum limits, processing time and applicable fees are mentioned in the app.
2. Enter the amount that you want to deposit in your Zebpay Euro account. After entering the amount, you will get information about our bank in which you need to deposit the amount. Please make sure that you deposit the amount in the given bank details only.
3. You need to verify your bank account details from which you will deposit the amount. This is the same bank account details which you have registered with us.
4. Please read the instructions at the bottom of the screen under "Important". If you understand and accept all the deposit order conditions then tap on the place deposit order.
5. Once you create the deposit order then you need to go to your bank and deposit EXACTLY the same amount of your deposit order. Enter deposit order number while depositing the amount.
6. Now you will get a confirmation copy from your bank about the deposit you have made. You need to upload the proof of the deposit amount in Zebpay app.
7. It is mandatory to upload deposit amount proof received from the bank. After you submit the deposit proof, you will be able to see your deposit order details.
After placing the Euro deposit order, you will get the amount in your Zebpay Euro wallet in 5 working days.
- Please note as you initiate the transfer to our account, you need to mention the deposit order number given by us in the comments/reference column on your bank's transfer screen.
- Please make payment from the same bank account that you have registered with us.
- Please make sure that the beneficiary name must be Awlencan Innovations Malta Limited.
- Ensure that you are making one single transfer with the total deposit amount mentioned by you. Partial deposits cannot be processed.
- Please do not use any other or 3rd party bank account for transfer. All such funds will be returned by us. The process to reverse such deposits can take up to 4 weeks.
- We do not accept cash deposits.
